A Few Shortcomings

The breakfast buffet included many choices. I found a great selection of foods each morning. The pools are big, and I enjoyed the spacious gardens. The hotel had enough sunbeds for everyone.
Upon arrival, the room did stink. It had a smell of sewage all week. The terrible air conditioning may be to blame. I think it made us all unwell.

I found relaxation in luxury at this hotel. The Red Level adults-only section proved magnificent. Palm trees and gardens are maintained in excellent condition. The staff were thoughtful and polite, always checking if i needed anything. Breakfast at Red Level was tranquil, overlooking the sea with palm trees, so peaceful.

The heated pool is large and it features Jacuzzi loungers alongside water features. The resort includes multiple pools throughout its premises. Guests can enjoy various activities. A well presented resort provided several sports facilities for active guests.

The hotel offered tranquil sea views complemented by palm trees. All areas are tidy and clean. A walkway along the coast allows for scenic strolls. It enhances the experience.

Every staff member was polite and thoughtful. Staff addressed every need, often preemptively, a manager called my room and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. The service was superb.

Dining is high end and it offers diverse choices in restaurants, including chefs table and a steak house. Breakfast at Red Level included a buffet, and a large choice of individual dishes ordered from the menu, waiter service enhanced the experience. The food exceeded my expectations

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food options. I especially liked the fresh fruit station and pastries (the croissants were flaky). The pools were large and well-kept. I appreciated the separate areas for families and adults. There was ample space for swimming and relaxation.
Securing a restaurant reservation required advance planning.

faulty showerdamaged sheets
I was really excited about my stay. the hotel looks fine, very clean at first glance. but the kettle in our room didn't work, and the shower barely functioned. You had to hold the button down constantly. our first night ended with a flooded room because the aircon broke. also the sheets and pillows had holes in them. it was not a great experience.

the room was supposedly super clean, but i spotted some rogue hairs in the bathroom. it was almost like someone had been there before me. also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, seemed to lack a certain je ne sais quoi. queuing for a table felt more like a supermarket sweep than a five-star experience.
