the hotel staff were attentive and always had a smile. the pools are lovely and i especially liked the adult pool on level 1. i found it easy to get sun beds.
the food was a let down, especially since i was all inclusive. lunch and dinner were often only lukewarm and had limited options other than pork or fish.

the evening entertainment was mainly singers after the mini disco. it wasn't varied.

The staff were very attentive. I loved that there was such a variety of food and drink available for everyone. the pool area was very clean! the bedrooms were also in great condition. i enjoyed the attentiveness.
the location is a little far from the beach. however, the hotel offers a minibus service to las americas.

the staff were friendly. i appreciated that the hotel was super clean.
i found the food options disappointing. there was not enough variety. also the entertainment felt too much like we were at a campsite, karaoke bingo and elvis impersonators, were not my thing.

the hotel staff was friendly and supported us in every way possible. the room provided was great and exactly what we wanted for our family. dietaries were catered for, and there was plenty of food available.
the location was a bit far from the beach. i needed to use the free minibus service the hotel organized to get to the beach in las americas.

The several pool areas provided distinct spaces for children. there was a more relaxed vibe for those desiring a calmer environment. the second pool further away was a great bonus, offering increased space and comfort.
