The room, a 'superior room pool view', was spacious and comfortable! the bathroom had a rainfall shower and double basin. the balcony was huge, including sunbeds and a table. the sheets were changed daily. I found it very nice.

the temperature in the room could not be set below 22°c! the room was stuffy upon arrival. the air conditioning was quite noisy.

The room was very spacious and well-designed. Pool areas are relaxing. The pool was warm, a feature I appreciated. The staff were so friendly! Check-in was quick and easy, I got a welcome drink, and my luggage waited in the room.

I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. Check-in was quick. I received a welcome drink. My luggage was already in my room. The buffet dinner included a great barbecue. I found my room big and comfortable. The balcony included sun loungers.

During breakfast, birds flew in and helped themselves to the open cereals, nuts, and seeds. This felt very unhygienic to me.
