fantastic family stay!

spacious room rainfall shower comfortable balcony

The room, a 'superior room pool view', was spacious and comfortable! the bathroom had a rainfall shower and double basin. the balcony was huge, including sunbeds and a table. the sheets were changed daily. I found it very nice.

the temperature in the room could not be set below 22°c! the room was stuffy upon arrival. the air conditioning was quite noisy.

A lovely experience

spacious room warm pool friendly staff

The room was very spacious and well-designed. Pool areas are relaxing. The pool was warm, a feature I appreciated. The staff were so friendly! Check-in was quick and easy, I got a welcome drink, and my luggage waited in the room.

The coffee is not made by a barista. It would be in a five-star hotel.

Acceptable Hotel, Problems with Check-in

terrible check-in procedure long queue

The staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

The check-in procedure was terrible. I queued for 45 minutes only to be told my room was not ready. I had to wait another hour. It was unbelievable that I finally got to my room at 16:30 after arriving at 14:30.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. Check-in was quick. I received a welcome drink. My luggage was already in my room. The buffet dinner included a great barbecue. I found my room big and comfortable. The balcony included sun loungers.

During breakfast, birds flew in and helped themselves to the open cereals, nuts, and seeds. This felt very unhygienic to me.

The hotel is located about a kilometer from the beach. It is a pleasant walk along a pedestrian walkway. I found a commercial center just around the corner, with restaurants, shops, and a well-equipped supermarket.

Rooms are spacious and well designed. I enjoyed the room service a lot. My room offered a huge, comfortable bed. It had a large bathroom with both a bath and rainfall shower. a double basin. This was useful.
