wonderful hotel stay
spacious roomexcellent cleaningbadly lit area
i loved the spacious room and the excellent cleaning service. the staff were helpful at reception and throughout the hotel. there was always plenty to choose from at mealtimes including many options for dessert.
the entertainment area was not well lit making it difficult to navigate at night. stepping over wooden bridges was a bit dangerous after dark.

the hotel staff was very great to our needs throughout the stay. they were quick to respond to requests and always had a smile. i really appreciated their helpfulness.

the pool area featured ample space for everyone and many sunbeds were available. gardens inside the hotel were beautiful and provided a relaxed atmosphere. a car rental service was available in the lobby.

I have visited this hotel multiple times and always enjoy it. This time, the pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The rooms are spacious and clean. My balcony got sun throughout the day which I loved. The dining room offered very good food, and the staff were very friendly.
The gym hours were a bit limited. It only opens between 11:00 and 18:00 daily, inconvenient.

Each room is very spacious and includes comfortable beds for a relaxing stay. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool area or the sea. The rooms come equipped with a mini-fridge and a kettle.

The reception staff is very friendly and always available to help guests. The animation team offers stretching and aqua classes during the day. Daily room service maintains cleanliness and provides fresh towels and amenities. The cleaners do a fantastic job.

i found the bedroom very spacious. it had two separate sinks which i liked a lot. the rainfall shower worked really well and the water was always hot.

i was really disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the cleanliness wasn't great. i noticed stains on the carpets and in the bathroom. also, the pool area seemed understaffed. getting a drink or snack took longer than it should have.
