friendly staff spacious layout tasty choice super clean pool
the staff was attentive and friendly. i especially appreciated the room's spacious layout, including the separate bath and shower, a real treat. the breakfast offered a vast array of tasty choices, convenient. the pool areas always sparkled.
I found the entertainment options a little limited during some evenings. I longed for a wider variety of shows to enhance my stay, i believe it's a small detail.

I found the breakfast buffet to be substantial. The hotel offered easy access to the beach and shops. Restaurants were also a short stroll away. The hotel pools included a huge outdoor jacuzzi. The kids' pool was amazing.
The hotel needs redecoration. Housekeeping needs to improve a lot. Some corridor windows lacked curtains. Corridor carpets were threadbare.

mixed experience at this hotel
stressed staff lukewarm food
the grounds were lovely with a large pool area and it was easy to find a sun bed
i found the breakfast buffet crowded and the staff seemed stressed they struggled to quickly clear tables or replenish food items the hot food was often only lukewarm due to weak heat lamps. additionally some hotel staff were unhelpful when i asked for local restaurant recommendations nobody offered any suggestions

fine floral arrangement warm reception excellent attention not warm pools cloudy weather older hotel
The floral arrangement for our anniversary was fine. Michaela has excellent taste in flowers. Reception on arrival was warm. William and Carlos offered glasses of champagne and excellent attention. Levy helped us store a bottle of Cava at the perfect temperature.
When the weather was cloudy the heated pools did not feel that warm. I could not stay in them as long as I wanted. That is just a minor issue. The hotel is clearly not new.
