ABSOLUTELY Fantastic Holiday!

I enjoyed a week on an all-inclusive break. The location is fine right next to the sea. The staff are EXCELLENT and very helpful. Juan Fran and Marco, the entertainers, are hilarious and encourage people to have fun. I found lots of local restaurants nearby, about ten minutes away, and they are cheap.
The air conditioning was a little TOO cold sometimes, but I quickly adjusted it!

The hotel has ideal proximity to local attractions. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walk. The location is also very close to the beach. Guests enjoy amazing views from their rooms and easy access to the shore.

The reception staff offer great assistance and are very friendly. I noticed the housekeeping staff keeps the rooms very clean and tidy. The bartenders are quick with orders, and the restaurant staff is attentive.

The food variety impressed me SO MUCH. The buffet offers different culinary options for all tastes. There are many choices, including various international cuisines and fresh salads. I discovered a great selection of desserts also.

Excellent Seaside Stay

I had a wonderful 3-night stay. I received an upgrade to a sea view corner room on the top floor. This was amazing. I enjoyed showering with a sea view. The receptionists provided excellent service. They were very informative.
The evening noise was a significant issue. The noise from the central entertainment room carried throughout the building until late.

The heated salt pool was lovely and warm. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Plenty of sunbeds are available around the pool area .

The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, ensuring all requests were handled promptly. Regina, the receptionist, stood out with her really good assistance. Staff ordered taxis. These were much cheaper than Uber.

The hotel boasts a fine location beside the sea. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk from town. Several local restaurants are a short walk away from the hotel.

a stay with some snags
inconsistent housekeepingmediocre food
the room was ok i guess , but the housekeeping really dropped the ball. my bin wasn't emptied consistently , and i saw the bed sheets weren't changed for four days. then there was the food. some dishes were fine , others tasted like they had been sitting around for a while.

My room was large. It offered a bedroom and a living room in one, WITH a good size bathroom. I had a nice walk in shower. I also had a balcony with a view of the mountains.
I arrived before check in. The receptionist WASN'T very friendly. When it was time to check in, I had to wait an extra 30 mins as the room still wasn't ready.
