a decent stay, some drawbacks

the room was spacious and i had a separate kitchen. the staff were helpful, especially miguel at the bar. alex and the entertainment team were great. i had a relaxing week.
the air conditioning in the apartment did not work. i reported it four times but nothing happened. the afternoon buffet was the same every day with rock hard pizza slices.

The room was spacious. It included a kitchen. The free WiFi was a real plus, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. The staff was very nice. They were efficient and always helpful. I loved the swimming pool in the fitness area. it was perfect after a day of exploration.
The food lacked variety. I found it to be quite bland. This affected my overall dining experience. I hope to see improvements in this area during my next visit.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, and that met my expectations.
the air conditioning was not working well, and that was a problem. there was a sewage smell in the room, even though it was cleaned daily. i think the hotel needs to improve maintenance and fix those issues soon. these things bothered me .

the apartment provided a lot of space for everyone and the bathroom was lovely it included a separate kitchen. the rooms were cleaned and well maintained daily and the beds were comfortable. i had no complaints about this.

the beach is fairly close to the hotel and island excursions are available i could do all kinds of things. i found that the hotel has good access to different areas. there was always enough parking spaces near the hotel too.

i found three swimming pools at this location and the bar offered a wide selection. the gym was complete with equipment for a full workout and the spa was a relaxing treat. sun loungers were available .

the apartment are big. there was a lovely bathroom plus a separate kitchen. the food seemed amazing too! it was fresh everyday with lots choice. the wine are in bottles. tropical beer tasted really good.
