The room had a fantastic ocean view. It was worth the price. i enjoyed the free underground garage as i rented a car. i found the location good, it was outside of central funchal. breakfast each morning had good choices.

The reception staff was accommodating on arrival. They provided helpful information. the staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive to requests. They helped me with room arrangements and car rental.

the hotel has excellent facilities that met my expectations. i liked the gym, though it was busy. the hotel has a very nice, clean room, overlooking the pool and ocean. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge.

Average stay with some drawbacks.

the room seemed nice and was generally spacious.
I was disappointed by the hard beds and pillows. the breakfast buffet was also not great. The coffee tasted bad, and hot items were often cold and not replaced often enough. i ended up paying for breakfast at a cafe instead.

The reception staff provided takeaway breakfast due to our early flight. This was appreciated. the pool area offered classes, including aqua aerobics, a good activity option. the gym area was excellent with sufficient equipment. the hotel location is near shops and restaurants.
the hotel could use some care, i noticed some carpets needed cleaning. i also think a deep clean would benefit some areas.

The room was clean and spacious. i had a partial sea view from the balcony. It was quiet at night. the beds were comfortable with nice linens. the room size was adequate.

the location is really nice and they provide a parking garage. our room did have a good view over the pool area. the breakfast buffet contained many options. the staff is professional and accomodating, i was very impressed.
the hotel does need some updates because the rooms look old.
