The location directly by the sea was fantastic. The swimming pool area included many beds and parasols. Breakfast was very tasty. I found many options. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The gym could use some new equipment.

The location is quite good, placing it conveniently near beaches.
My room had a faulty light switch. A maintenance worker suggested I use a lamp. The bedside lamps also proved inadequate. This was not a 5-star experience. Public toilets looked worn and the restaurant toilet handle was loose.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They promptly addressed all requests. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh options, INCLUDING omelets prepared to order! I especially appreciated the SPAR shop located within the hotel. It provided convenient access to snacks and drinks.
I found the air conditioning in the gym to be somewhat inconsistent, at times making workouts less comfortable.

The staff provided excellent assistance with luggage and check-in, ENSURING a smooth arrival. Requests for extra towels and pillows were fulfilled promptly, demonstrating attentiveness. Concierge services offered comprehensive information about local attractions and transportation options.

The hotel benefits from its peaceful location, AWAY from major tourist crowds. A short walk leads to the beachfront and nearby shops. Taxis are readily available from the hotel entrance, facilitating easy exploration.

The staff welcomed us warmly. the pool area felt tucked away. under those beautiful palm trees. the gym provided good equipment for our workouts. breakfast on the terrace was dreamy. The buffet always delivered, offering everything imaginable, a sunny start to each day.
the towel replacement schedule felt insufficient. and it was a minor inconvenience. i wish they were changed more often for ultimate freshness.

Breakfast staff were friendly. there was always a sunbed available on the grass with a view of the sea. the location is great for walks along the promenade in either direction. there is also a useful shop on site. It made things very easy.
the kids bed was rock hard. i mean, it was literally rock hard. my daughter was hurt by some poles on it. the beach out back had many cigarette ends. it also had broken bottles.

The gym has enough equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The supermarket on the second floor was convenient.
The lift floors were a bit slippery when wet.
