a mixed stay, some issues encountered
obvious mould watery coffee
the staff was always there to help, i will definitely recommend.
i found the pools had obvious mould. the decor overall is poor and dated. the coffee was the worst, there were no coffee machines for breakfast, and the instant coffee was watery.

Excellent stay with family fun
dedicated pool fun slide charging port dining option
I found several pools available, including a dedicated kids' pool and fun water slides. Swim-up bars offered convenient refreshments. The room was clean upon arrival. USB charging ports were a practical addition. Restaurants nearby offered a GOOD variety of dining options.
I noticed more towel hooks in the room would have been practical.

The hotel is near to many shops and dining places. It is very convenient. It is only a short walk to the beach, very accessible for quick trips. I appreciated the proximity to local amenities.

The pools were a major highlight, offering ample space for swimming and relaxation. The water slides are fun for children and adults. I saw two swim-up pool bars.

friendly staff best service pool area
i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially supit. they provided the best service i could ask for. the hotel location is wonderful, very close to many streets. the pool area with slides was great.
the room we stayed in had a slight musty smell, probably due to the humidity. i hope the hotel improve this in the future.

the hotel provides access to nice pools perfect for families and couples. the waterslides is a good feature of the hotel. there is also an onsite clinic and restaurants.

the location offers a very big convenience with countless shops. it is very near to many restaurants in the surroundings. the beach is only about 200 meters away from the hotel.
