Mixed experience. Could be better maintained
defective power points unclean pool
the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast.
The hotel is not well-kept. Room 230 had many mosquitoes. some electrical power points were defective. There was no hot water, and the water pressure was low. the plunge pool was not clean. The water pumps were not functional.

the staff displayed warmth and attentiveness each day i stayed there. i noticed the grounds were maintained meticulously they formed a green sanctuary.
i observed the gym could benefit from additional equipment while functional, more variety would elevate the experience

I loved exploring the resort's beautiful premises, including all its different pools. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, particularly its delicious options and setting overlooking pool. The hotel location near the beach and night market added convenience.
The air conditioning wasn't cool. During the days, the room struggled to get cool. I'd recommend some maintenance to air conditioning system.

Staff assistance for everything I needed was commendable. There was immediate aid with luggage, providing fast check-in, and fulfilling every request. The genuine smiles enhanced experience. It was nice to see such dedication.

The resort pools were very nice. There was ample space for all guests without feeling crowded. The gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weights, for keeping up with my fitness regime. Landscaping was immaculate, with palm trees and tropical flowers.

Hotel proximity to the beach was wonderful, requiring only short walk. There were numerous shops and restaurants just steps away. Accessibility to attractions was great. This position allowed me to experience all the island offered.
