The splash pool lacked maintenance and towels. The jacuzzi felt slimy.

i enjoyed the breakfast. it was tops. patty, rae, aomaemm, wut, and nicky were awesome. the nature of people is amazing, and they are very caring and helpful. i felt so rested. i had so much fun!

i think that the transportation to and from the hotel is poor to say the least. you will find yourself hearing that boat rides are fully booked? the speedboat for checking in and checking out never works because there are too many people. there is one boat per hour!

the breakfast was good with fresh bread and pastries.

The boat transfer coordination felt disorganized. on one occasion, a staff member argued with a guest and made an inappropriate comment. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. i also think that staff are young and appear poorly trained.
