our premier king room spa bath included separate seating. the bathroom had a soaking tub and a separate shower. the balcony had comfortable lounge chairs perfect for relaxation. i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches. the drivers were always punctual and courteous. the hotel offered a range of activities such as thai cooking classes. these were great for learning about local culture.
the limited number of sun beds made securing a spot by the pool difficult

the room featured a king-size bed dressed in soft linens and plush pillows that created an inviting space. there was a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks to satiate my desires. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness for restful sleep after long days exploring the island.

the airport transfer I booked through the hotel was quite poor. my suitcases got new scratches and the driver seemed rushed. he also drove too fast. the overall service felt inconsistent and not particularly warm, especially when compared to another resort i visited. there were some positive aspects but these service failures need addressing.

the arrival process was quick. the room was spacious. i was happy with the pick up service from the hotel room via golf cart. the three pools were clean, i enjoyed sunbathing there.
the gym needed better upkeep, though i still managed to get a workout in.

This resort has all the 5-star qualities. The resort is nestled high on a hill. Its location is amazing from every corner. I stayed in a pool room. It provided direct access into the main pool. There are three pools, one for adults only. Each pool has a swim-up bar. I ordered food and cocktails there.

the room was spacious it was also well maintained. the staff were cute and ready to help. breakfast had a good variety and tasted fine.
the place felt unfinished we had a bad first impression. the rooms were large but the bed was hard. it was hard to get around without a buggy.
