the tennis coach pai was GREAT. the gym had good equipment, a GREAT improvement compared to other hotel gyms. staff members were super friendly and the entire place is PERFECT for kids.

parts of the resort seemed a LITTLE worn. i thought it was acceptable though.

my beautiful king room sea VIEW had a spacious layout and contemporary design. the bed was comfortable with high quality linens. the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, both clean and well maintained.

the resort had multiple pools suitable for everyone. my family enjoyed the pools a lot. the grounds were large with nice vegetation and direct beach access. the room offered unobstructed sea views it was nice and neat.

i found that the gym equipment needed an update the table tennis table and pool table were not in good condition.

the reception staff was very attentive they helped with reservations. a buggy service inside the hotel proved convenient and frequent. the staff was generally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

my room was super clean! first, i noticed the room had a separate shower and tub, super useful after a day at the beach. then, there were convenient usb charging ports right by the bed, perfect for my devices. finally, the blackout curtains worked wonders , ensuring a great night's sleep!

the gym got a little crowded during peak hours.
