The staff were cute and helpful. The free shuttle service to the beach and night market was very useful. My room overlooked the pool area and it was very comfortable. Breakfast had many options and a staff member made eggs to order.
The room doors did not soundproof very well and some external noise was audible.

i enjoyed my stay very much. the room was spacious, and it included a leather couch perfect after swimming. the hotel also has a little bar by the pool. the location was excellent and near the shops, i really enjoyed this perk.
housekeeping could be improved because our room wasn't serviced until late in the day.

The pool area offered a refreshing escape. I liked the free shuttle service to the nearby beach. It ran every two hours. It made beach trips convenient. The landscaping created a relaxing vibe. Banana and palm trees were all around. The onsite restaurant provided a satisfying meal after a day of exploring.
I noticed that the walls seemed thin. I heard sounds from the main road during the night. It slightly impacted the tranquility of my stay.
