generally adequate stay

shuttle service menu choice steep hill insufficient air conditioning

the hotel offered a free shuttle service to kata beach daily it made getting around so much easier. the breakfast included a lot of menu choices i definitely enjoyed the variety.

i found the air conditioning in my room to be insufficient the room felt warm and stuffy. the hill leading to the hotel is steep i found it quite challenging to walk especially after a long day.

a tender experience, wonderful staff

lovely cocktail convenient transfer great pool

The staff greeted me with a cocktail. It was a lovely welcome. i found them very kind and responsive to all requests. the hotel offers a convenient transfer to the beach (a small but important detail) which i definitely used. the pool and its bar were great spots to relax.

the gym lacked variety and equipment (it was a small inconvenience). the restaurant, though good, could benefit from more options.

the breakfast was great with many choices available each morning, especially fresh fruit. i also enjoyed dinner at the hotel one evening, the food was very good, though a bit pricey. overall, the dining experience was positive.

The family room had a garden view from the balcony and felt spacious enough. the room had all necessary amenities. It was clean and well-kept. the air conditioning worked well, a welcome relief from the heat.

the hotel is not directly on the beach but a shuttle is available. it is located a short walk from shops and restaurants (this was a plus for me). the hotel's location is quiet because it is set back from the main road.
