the hotel location is great , it is close to the beach and attractions. taxis , salons , and restaurants are right outside the hotel. the room was clean , and the bed was really comfortable. the breakfast had a great selection of food options.

check-in was slow due to many guests at once , but the staff was kind.

An Okay Stay. Some Issues Present

musty smell broken pieces

The breakfast was really nice with a lot of different options to choose from.

My room had a musty smell even though it was supposedly renovated. It was not great. the pool was questionable. I didn't see myself or my kids going near it. I saw broken pieces in the water. I expected better for the price.

i was charmed by the breakfast buffet it featured fresh fruit options. i loved the central location near the beach and shops. i found the mojito bar a fun spot for relaxation. the staff were courteous and accommodating .

the room décor seemed a bit tired. it lacked some of the freshness i'd hoped for.

friendly staff amazing customer service convenient location

I had such a good experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially jasmine, who offered amazing customer service! the location is super convenient with easy access to many attractions. i also enjoyed the delicious food. The drinks were good!

i found the gym equipment slightly dated.

great breakfast friendly staff slow check-out old room

The breakfast was great with a big variety. the staff was friendly. Timmy's pool bar was fun, all the staff are accommodating.

the front desk was kind of busy. check-in and check-out are slow because they have to handle many guests at once. i noticed some flies and a tiny bug as soon as i entered!

great location breakfast buffet polite staff damaged flooring pool area sun loungers

The location is really great. i found it so easy to get to the beach since it was just across the street. the breakfast buffet was excellent (especially the pancake station!), with lots of choices. the staff were always so polite and helpful. I totally appreciated their service.

my room wasn't perfect. the laminate flooring was damaged, and i could easily hear other guests. the pool area felt a little awkward. the sun loungers are right outside guest rooms (i think they need to rearrange that space a bit).
