amazing family getaway!

the staff go above and beyond, especially for families with children. nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely try to accommodate every need. the buggy rides run from 9 am to 10 pm. they take you around the grounds and to the parks, which i found helpful. i was charmed when the hotel upgraded us to a family suite, it was spacious and well set up!
For a supposed resort, the coffee cups in the room were paper? i was surprised, i expected better quality. i booked a resort view room. They gave me one facing the lake at the rear of the resort. i had to ask for milk and brown sugar. It should be there already.

The heated pools were a plus. there is also a lazy river. It was a great way to relax. the spa services were nice! the team handling the buggies were also super helpful and polite.

i liked the heated pools. it had easy access to legoland. the spa was nice and relaxing. the evening dinner buffet included good indian food, which i found flavorful. i also liked the attentiveness in ari bar. suresh remembered our drink orders. balu made the buggy rides fun. he drove us safely.
we encountered insects that seemed to come from the beds, even with doors closed, a little annoying. also, the breakfast area was very busy. drinks and juices were empty, and there were limited plates and cups.

kalea restaurant offers excellent services and i enjoyed it. chef roger prepared customized sushi rolls for us. rebecca provided quick service. the variety in the breakfast was vast.

the room was not as clean as i expected the floor felt sticky upon arrival. the baby crib i requested was delivered after a five-hour wait and lacked a mattress. also the crib looked almost broken it was quite disappointing and i had to call several times

the buggy service to the parks was convenient. drivers were always available quickly when i called. the kids club staff were really friendly too. they had many activities scheduled. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection.
the shower in my room did not drain well. water accumulated quickly. the tv had limited channels. there were few options for english-speaking children. the check-in process took a long time. i waited almost thirty minutes.

The resort's location provided convenient access to the theme parks.
The room I got initially wasn't great , as it faced the lake instead of the resort, and getting basic amenities like milk and a dental kit required multiple calls. The follow up seemed like a chore.
