the staff was very helpful and polite, receptionist cherry gave us a warm welcome.

The checking in process was a disaster. They didn't provide the right information. they didn't take authorization from my card and told me i couldn't charge room service food. the receptionist did an awful job. She used language to blame the guest instead of taking ownership.

the hotel features classic luxurious details. there are horse statues and artwork. i especially appreciated the green polo grounds. the pool offers a resort vibe. i saw many dining options and places to relax.

the gym was surprisingly small for such a vast building.

I particularly appreciated Sajawal's really good service. His attentiveness. He speaks multiple languages, which helped him communicate with my parents. The ambiance created a comfortable environment for relaxation. It.

The sports bar felt somewhat dated. The darts provided were of poor quality and some were broken. I think this is an issue that could be easily addressed.

I experienced very slow service, and staff seemed unattentive to guest requests. I was given a villa, however, there was no heating system for the water. I was unable to shower despite raising the issue multiple times during the day.
