Excellent Stay on the Palm
superb location relaxing space shopping malls mexican restaurant
The hotel's location on Palm Jumeirah is superb. I found an excellent Mexican restaurant within the hotel premises. The beachfront area provides a relaxing space with views of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel provided a transfer to two popular malls (Dubai Hills Mall).
The ironing board in my room needed some WD-40. It was a bit difficult to use.

The hotel features three restaurants, one offers a buffet, one specializes in Mexican dishes, and another serves Italian pizza (a great variety!). I particularly enjoyed the Mexican cuisinewith authentic flavors and beautiful views.

The staff was very helpful from arrival to departure. Reception addressed check-in efficiently, even at 2 AM. I found the barman, Santosh, particularly polite and attentive. The hotel also provided a lovely cake on my last evening.

The rooms are spacious with ample storage, and a roomy balcony adds to the comfort. The hotel has a private beach with towels provided , a very helpful feature. A swimming pool is also available near the beach.

The hotel sits directly on Palm Jumeirah, offering views of the Burj al Arab. The hotel provides convenient transfers to major shopping destinations. I could easily access nearby attractions from the hotel location.

amazing staff private beach excellent location
the staff were amazing. they really tried their best to accommodate every guest need, i noticed this! the breakfast offered a sunny private beach, a total win. the location is excellent, too.
the rooms were abit noisy, i could hear most things happening on my floor unfortunately.

fantastic palm stay
helpful staff mexican food
the staff was very helpful and polite. a lovely arabic speaking lady named wesam provided special assistance, i appreciated that very much. the restaurant on l11, the mexican one, served good food.
the room was nice, though i don't know if there were drain problems. the room smelled a bit, i told reception, and they sorted it for me, so it was promptly addressed.
