the room was clean and the staff was doing a great job.

the hotel felt dated. the decor and style seemed tacky to me and the rooms and bathrooms did not have a good layout. also, there was a terrible strong men's cologne or incense smell in the lobby (it was quite overwhelming).

I found service on the beach terrible. Staffing looked low. Lunch plates remained uncollected for hours. One struggled to locate a waiter and orders were often incorrect. The pool bar needed cleaning. I find guests eating at the pool bar unhygienic.

i loved how mina at kwest bar remembered my name after the first visit. the billiards table provided much entertainment during the evenings. a special thanks goes to begimal for his warm hospitality .

The hotel is located quite far out. The travel to the city center can be a bit long.
