the room had replenished toiletries. an extra clothes rail was provided for convenience. the breakfast at hanaya offered a variety of tasty juices. chefs accommodated special requests with cheerful efficiency.

the breakfast buffet was one of the best i have ever had. the pool has sun cream available . the abra boats offer a lovely ride to the souks for eating and shopping. staff members are polite and friendly.
i experienced some inconvenience with the water park access. it could have been better organized for hotel guests, potentially with a dedicated entrance.

Breakfast offered many choices I enjoyed. The staff was friendly also. I liked how the hotel offered access to the souk with many shops.
The service seemed slow this time. I also noticed no one walked me through the hotel. Extra costs were not explained to my understanding. I was woken up with two peoples banging on my door even with the 'do not disturb' sign.
