tasty juices efficient waiters ocean view club room bank charges valet staff refund process
i stayed in the ocean view club room it was very nice. breakfast at hanaya had a variety of tasty juices offered daily. the chefs accommodated requests and the waiters were efficient.
we were charged more than agreed it was due to bank charges. i asked for a refund the staff said they would have to refund the full amount. the valet staff expected tips for parking i felt bombarded by members hanging around.

the room had replenished toiletries. an extra clothes rail was provided for convenience. the breakfast at hanaya offered a variety of tasty juices. chefs accommodated special requests with cheerful efficiency.
the hotel atmosphere smelled of food. there were no unique fragrances.

The breakfasts had many cuisines available. Family friendly options were included. the hotel provided access to wild wadi. This was very convenient. the room type was ocean view beautiful.
the service was quite slow. it took a while for staff to show me the complex.

breakfast buffet sun cream abra boats
the breakfast buffet was one of the best i have ever had. the pool has sun cream available . the abra boats offer a lovely ride to the souks for eating and shopping. staff members are polite and friendly.
i experienced some inconvenience with the water park access. it could have been better organized for hotel guests, potentially with a dedicated entrance.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area offers many loungers and shaded sections for relaxation. guests can easily access the nearby attractions via the abra boats.

abra tour water boat friendly staff many choices slow service extra cost
Breakfast offered many choices I enjoyed. The staff was friendly also. I liked how the hotel offered access to the souk with many shops.
The service seemed slow this time. I also noticed no one walked me through the hotel. Extra costs were not explained to my understanding. I was woken up with two peoples banging on my door even with the 'do not disturb' sign.
