Really good Service and Beautiful Rooms

the staff stood out with their helpfulness. The Orchid Club Lounge provided a warm welcome daily. Ismail at the adult pool created towel sculptures. It was a nice surprise. The resort suite was wonderful. I appreciated the little treats left each day.

The room included a modern bathroom and a very comfortable space. The air conditioning system was quiet and kept the room at a perfect temperature. Housekeeping provided sweets and cookies. This was a nice gesture.

crowded pool areaslow service
the pool area felt crowded due to many day pass holders. i noticed a lot of noise around the pool and some children were not well-behaved. it seems dedicated pools for club lounge guests or families with younger children would improve the experience (maybe i expected more quiet time). also, i found service in the club lounge slow, especially with drinks (it took a while to get a refill).

The hotel room had beach access and also access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. The room had superior club benefits! The gym featured multiple treadmills and several stationary bikes. The Orchid Club Lounge had really good care.
The pool was slightly cold, though staff warmed it after another guest mentioned it.

The Palmery restaurant had an excellent food selection. The room was beautiful and faced Burj Al Arab on the beach. The hotel location was five star. All staff members were wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is.
