Really good Service and Beautiful Rooms
helpful staff beautiful lounge towel sculpture
the staff stood out with their helpfulness. The Orchid Club Lounge provided a warm welcome daily. Ismail at the adult pool created towel sculptures. It was a nice surprise. The resort suite was wonderful. I appreciated the little treats left each day.

The room included a modern bathroom and a very comfortable space. The air conditioning system was quiet and kept the room at a perfect temperature. Housekeeping provided sweets and cookies. This was a nice gesture.

The location provides views of the sea and access to local attractions. The hotel has connections to other resorts offering extended facilities. Beach access is readily available. It is convenient .

Staff offered assistance at every turn, from check-in to daily needs. I found the team at the Orchid Club Lounge to be particularly attentive. The front desk was quick to address questions. They were very efficient.

Breakfast had a wide variety. I found many delicious options. Cooks often greeted guests. This added a personal touch. Tables were cleaned quickly. I didn't wait long for service.

Pool areas were amazing. Water temperatures were well-kept. Staff provided attentive service around the pools and gym facilities provided excellent options. The hotel connects to a waterpark. That offers family fun.

crowded pool area slow service
the pool area felt crowded due to many day pass holders. i noticed a lot of noise around the pool and some children were not well-behaved. it seems dedicated pools for club lounge guests or families with younger children would improve the experience (maybe i expected more quiet time). also, i found service in the club lounge slow, especially with drinks (it took a while to get a refill).

spacious room comfortable bed waterpark access
the resort beautiful room was spacious! it featured a very comfortable bed and a seating area. access to wild wadi waterpark was included, a great perk. the room also had a well-stocked mini-bar.
the air conditioning in the lobby seemed a bit too strong at times.

beach access stationary bikes superior club
The hotel room had beach access and also access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. The room had superior club benefits! The gym featured multiple treadmills and several stationary bikes. The Orchid Club Lounge had really good care.
The pool was slightly cold, though staff warmed it after another guest mentioned it.

Wonderful Stay
food selection hotel location
The Palmery restaurant had an excellent food selection. The room was beautiful and faced Burj Al Arab on the beach. The hotel location was five star. All staff members were wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is.

The hotel staff could not do enough for any request I had. Buggy drivers showed great warmth and attentiveness. I felt the staff went out of their way to assist.

The room had tiny, elegant details that stood out well. The room itself was very beautiful and spacious. I had an amazing view of the ocean. I found the bed comfortable with fresh and crisp linens.
