mature grounds bird variety half board far facilities golf car long wait
the location worked nice. the grounds matured over the years. i like the variety of birds i could see. half board let me dine in style at tamr terrace and la fontana brasserie for breakfast.
the facilities are far away. i sometimes waited a long time in the heat. the golf car was very late sometimes.

a serene escape with perfect service
really good staff calm grounds relaxing atmosphere beautiful hotel
I have been visiting this resort for years. It feels like a second home to me. the staff is really good and always helpful. they remember my preferences, even after long gaps between visits! i found the grounds to be beautiful, calm, and relaxing.
the resort is a bit far from the main city, so trips required some planning. transportation occasionally took longer than expected, so patience was necessary.

The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive with extensive options and satisfies all preferences. there is a policy that doesn't allow any food from outside. decent restaurant options are available with good quality and reasonable prices.

our sea view junior suite was spacious and comfortable with daily housekeeping. the room included a separate seating area, a large balcony, and a well-stocked minibar, offering plenty of space for us to relax!

The resort is a good option for a quick family weekend gateway. It is not too far from the airport. i saw peacocks everywhere, very exciting. also, it is very easy to access the facilities from the rooms.

amazing stay at the resort
friendly team suite benefits
the service was excellent. albert, ganga and their colleagues greeted me warmly at the entrance. my daughter even was like a vip (such a sweet moment!). ibrahim at reception provided a friendly check-in, explaining all the suite benefits. the buggy rides to and from the room made everything so easy.
i noticed the floors weren't as clean as i expected. the cleaning staff seemed to miss wiping them. also, the peacocks were quite noisy, especially in the mornings.

the beach and splash park are within walking distance from the hotel. my kids loved the splash park and enjoyed trying out the various water sports available on the beach. everything was conveniently close.

the room was very nice, with a huge bed for my wife and i. there were fold-out beds for the children in a separate living room. we also had two bathrooms and two balconies.

helpful staff excellent food great atmosphere bedroom modernisation balcony refresh villa block
the staff are very helpful and cute. the food and drink choices were excellent. the evening meal at the white orchid restaurant was really good with a great atmosphere.
i feel the main bedroom needs a refresh. the balcony is also in need of modernisation. the villa block could use some updating as well.

The room was a Sea View One Bedroom Suite with lounge access. I was DELIGHTED. The suite was bright and spacious with fantastic sea views. Sanjay did an AMAZING job keeping our room clean. The service we got at the signature lounge from Yohan, Vicky, Vish and Kailash was excellent..

Check in was speedy. my room has a balcony with great views. i appreciated the many pools available. There are many options. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. It includes many choices and the service is attentive.
The beach was not clean. The water looked muddy.
