helpful staff warm welcome broken air conditioning painful nights
I was VERY impressed with the service I received . The staff was always ready to help, and they did so with a SMILE. Monika at the front desk deserves a special mention. She were really nice to make sure everything was perfect for me.

dirty telephones broken telephone system
the hotel location has a private beach, a benefit for families.
the hotel phone system did not work and this meant i had to go to the reception to order room service. the telephones also were not clean. this is unacceptable in any hotel.

helpful staff clean room spacious room loud ac rushed meals bad hospitality
the staff are helpful and cute, i noticed. laxmi priya from reception and sanjeev from the bell desk were efficient and friendly. the room was clean and very spacious. we enjoyed breakfast at gusti restaurant, sabitha greeted us warmly.
the ac in my room was very loud, it sounded like an engine restarting every 10 minutes. it make sleeping hard. i felt rushed at meals, plates were cleared before i finished. a no in hospitality happened up front.
