Accommodations

Balanced experience at this location

easy access helpful staff building work busy restaurant

The hotel provided easy beach access. I enjoyed the convenience of having multiple pools and bars nearby. The hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful.

The hotel is undergoing building work in the surrounding area. There are not many activities around the hotel, so I had to take a taxi often. The main restaurant was very busy at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found this quite stressful.

excellent service and amenities

multiple pools clean beach separate sinks

the hotel offered multiple pools, and i appreciated the easy access. the beach was very clean, (a big plus for me) and well-kept. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found this setup quite convenient.

the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and the taxi ride to the city center took about 20 minutes.

The buffet included international favorites and local dishes. It was prepared well. themed restaurants offered fresh ingredients and beautifully presented meals. the quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations. the variety was very nice.

fantastic family stay!

clean hotel cute staff great food

the hotel was super clean and well kept, i really appreciated it. the staff was genuinely cute and polite. there was also a large selection of food and drink options that catered for everyone throughout the day. plus, the hotel has many great facilities to keep families entertained!

the room itself didn't feel super luxurious, it was below my expectations.

The hotel offers multiple pools with varying depths. I saw a dedicated kids' pool area and a separate adult pool. several bars are conveniently located near the pool and beach areas. there is also a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weight machines.

The main restaurant provides a varied buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. several themed restaurants are available with different cuisines including italian and asian. there are also snack bars open throughout the day with light bites.

The hotel is situated on a new island development. taxi services are readily available just outside the hotel entrance, providing easy access to city attractions. it takes around 15-20 minutes to reach downtown by taxi. Uber is also a good option.

restocked fridge delicious food tidy sunbeds

i loved how the room included a restocked fridge. the food was delicious with many choices at the main restaurant, especially sitting on the outside terrace. the beach was clean and tidy, with sunbeds neatly arranged every evening!
