Our apartment was super clean thanks to Utais. He maintained excellent standards every day. The views were gorgeous from our spacious apartment. I found the reception services efficient, I was always helped immediately. The spa services were good too. I enjoyed my massage a lot.
The gym needed a bit more attention. Some equipment was out of service, so I couldn't complete my regular workout.

The room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area with a sofa. There was a large flat-screen television mounted on the wall, it had many international channels. A minibar and coffee maker were also present.

The breakfast offered excellent choices. Surendra from the reception provided very friendly service. He was helpful. Cleaning service was excellent. Ramjan from house keeping did a great job. The restaurant's food menu was good. The beach club and pool were clean and spacious. There was plenty of shade.
There was some bad smell in the room. It was possibly because of high humidity. Bad airflow may have also contributed.

The room was very spacious. i found bimala dilip from the cleaning staff very attentive. She. the reception team, including saber and surendra, was cute and helpful. i was charmed by the kindness of the staff .
the walk to the beach was a short three minutes, but a bit inconvenient!

the breakfast offered a great variety, and the quality of the food was high. chefs dines and sabesna were excellent, providing superb vegan options. the serving staff, especially esky, dana, and nathaniel, were beautiful and very kind.

the rooms were spacious and well maintained. i enjoyed the two-bedroom apartment, and it was kept clean daily. the comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning contributed to a pleasant stay.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel offers shuttle bus service to major malls, including dubai mall and mall of the emirates. the pool area offered a relaxing vibe with fine views.

The beach access was not as straightforward as i thought. It's shared with other residences and hotels? it felt a bit crowded, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! also, the breakfast buffet needs improvement. The selection felt limited, and the quality wasn't what i'd expect. from a supposed five-star hotel. limited food choice, crowded beach access
