decent stay, some minor issues

amazing staff good facilities smelly bathroom small toilet

the staff at the hotel were amazing, especially the kids club and entertainment staff. the facilities were really good, i appreciate the well equipped gym. the kids pool included a splash pad and fun slides that entertained my children . the breakfast had plenty of choice.

the women's bathroom next to reception was very smelly. it can give an early first impression i suggest you fix this. there was only one mirror in the room with no plug sockets close by. the toilet was small. it was difficult to use for anyone bigger than average.

This was my second visit. The breakfast buffet offered amazing variety. Multiple pools featured convenient swim-up bars. My room contained everything necessary and overlooked a pool. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist, especially Deaw. I really appreciated his warm welcome and helpful buggy pickups.

The lifts sometimes smelled faintly of cabbage.
