I stayed in the Premier Pool Access room. Direct access to the pool and pool bar was fantastic. The location is very convenient. The main beach is a quick walk away, and Bangla Road is about ten minutes by foot. The bed was super comfy (I slept like a baby!).
The room felt a bit dated. The air conditioning wasn't great, so the room never got as cool as I'd like.

i found the staff to be very helpful. tata, in particular, gave great service, it made my checkout stress-free. the location was good. everything was within walking distance of the beach, shops, food markets, and bangla road.
i could hear street noise inside the room late into the night. it was difficult to sleep. many of the power plugs did not work. the bathroom had no shelves to keep anything so it got wet.

I had a wonderful stay. the staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile. the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. the bed was amazingly soft, and the pillows were very comfortable. i had lunch at the restaurant, and it was delicious. everything tasted fresh (the fruit especially!). i felt at home immediately because of the peaceful atmosphere and the staff's kindness.
the pool access wasn't as private as i expected. sometimes i seemed like i was on display.

the hotel has two pools, one including a swim-up bar where happy hour occurs from 1pm to 2pm daily. there are plenty of sun beds near the pools and close access to the beach, a short walk away, is available.

The restaurant offers delicious food options, prepared with care, and the misty bar offers happy hour from 5pm to 7pm daily. the cocktails are amazing at the bars. I recommend the mai tai to anyone looking for a great drink.

the premier double or twin room included a hairdryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, and a fridge stocked daily with two beers, two cans of soda, and bottles of water. toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

the layout had a lovely thai feel, it. i found large rooms equipped with every amenity i needed. i adored the complimentary mini bar in the elite pool view room. breakfast was fantastic, i loved the wide variety of options they presented.
The sea in front of the hotel is not pretty, not at all. I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The elite pool access room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. It included a filled minibar replenished daily. amenities included two water bottles, beer bottles, varied soft drinks, and oreo cookies. the bathroom was big and lovely.

The staff were very kind. Their positive energy enhanced my stay. they provide excellent service to all the guests. the reception team helped me with smooth check-in. the spa service was amazing, i really felt relaxed and happy.
