The room featured a very comfortable bed. I used the free shuttle often. It runs to the city center every few hours. I found the staff friendly. I also enjoyed the large, clean pool .
The music from a nearby nightclub was quite loud at night. It was difficult to sleep with the noise.

The buffet breakfast has many choices and suits all tastes. I loved the Moroccan restaurant because it features musicians. The poolside bar remains open for ultimate pleasure and offers soothing drinks. Dinner offers a choice to savor the true taste of the land.

The hotel offers a large swimming pool plus a smaller semi-heated pool, very relaxing. There is also a spa pool where different spa treatments are available. The gardens are expansive and tropical and give you seclusion. I saw that a kids club is available for families.

The rooms are styled in the elegance of a long lost era but include modern day living facilities. My bedroom had lovely comfortable beds that allowed me to rest easy after exploring. The rooms also have all the accoutrements you would expect in modern-day living.

The hotel offers a free shuttle that will take you to the city center and back. The hotel remains near commercial centers and the airport. I found it easy to access many points of interest . This location is perfect.

i found the hotel to be really good overall. the room was spacious, which worked well for our family. the bathroom included a separate shower, bathtub, and toilet (very convenient!).
The food options felt limited at times. A bit more variety would have been welcome. the same salads were available every day. i missed having more diverse choices.

The public relations manager, Ilham, was cute and helpful upon my arrival (a nice touch). The room was also very clean and spacious.
I found a charge of 60 euros on my credit card weeks after my stay, supposedly for swimming pool towels. It was annoying because I returned them and even had proof, just what I needed after my vacation. I am still waiting for the refund.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and VERY well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the pool area was really good!!!
The gym was unclean and poorly maintained. I saw no fresh towels. The equipment required oiling, and the garbage bins were overflowing.

The food options were great. The variety catered to different tastes. Staff members like Ilham were very attentive. She helped us from the beginning until check out. Moroccan tea became an addiction.
My garden view room was noisy. The music from a nearby nightclub could be heard very loudly. This made it impossible to get to sleep. Many of us had problems with patio doors. These doors would not lock. The hotel seemed reluctant to fix them.

A Romantic Escape, Luxury and Charm Combined

Our room felt luxurious. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel grounds had lovely landscaping and were well maintained. We found it easy to navigate around. The pools had plentiful loungers and bali beds of good quality.
The all-inclusive drinks package only included basic house wine. There were no other choices.
