missing tiles uneven floors

the newly refurbished rooms were excellent.

the resort needs investment. there are missing tiles everywhere. the floors are uneven and bordering on dangerous, a real hazard.

i found the rooms spacious they feature a garden and pool view it was nice i could see both the garden and the pool from my room the double bed room was nice and neat i noted that it had a big size the staff was nice i got great value from them

Basic stay with room for improvement

broken safe dirty minibar

The safe in my room did not work properly. I contacted the reception repeatedly, no one came to fix it. Also the minibar was not well stocked. There were no spoons, and the electric kettle had limescale. The mini fridge was dirty with no beverages inside.

spacious room connected pools

The resort has 6 connected swimming pools. 2 Buffet restaurants open for breakfast. Lunch and dinner and all inclusive format. 3 Additional restaurants exist! the double bed room was very spacious. it was very comfy and tidy also with garden and pool view.
