The location offers great snorkeling on the private beach. The gardens were beautiful and well-kept. The staff provided great service, always being attentive and ready to help. I enjoyed the multiple pools, especially the adults-only options.
The room upkeep was somewhat inconsistent, particularly regarding the frequency of bedding changes. I expected it to be changed more often.

The hotel has restaurants with high quality and variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I enjoyed the Sunset restaurant. It had a good range of international cuisine, especially the Indian and Chinese dishes with some great spices.

The resort provides three lovely pools, including an infinity pool and two adults-only options. Waiter service is available at the deck chairs. This made relaxing by the pool even better. The gym has good equipment for a comprehensive workout.

My room was spacious with AC. It was excellent and kept the room very comfortable. The bathroom included a rainfall shower (I especially liked it!). The room was always clean, thanks to the daily service.

beach accesswatered down alcoholintrusive upselling
the snorkeling from the beach was a real highlight it gave easy access to the reef.
i was annoyed that the buffets were disorganized and the food was often unbalanced it was difficult to find healthy options. the quality of the alcohol was questionable drinks tasted watered down. the constant upselling of spa treatments and tours became intrusive.

The hotel offered a great choice of pools and bars. The food selection was good. Staff spoke English well. Emma, working in guest relations, was helpful.
The room's shower was not powerful. The shower also leaked. Bird poo stayed on the chair throughout my stay. I think that the rooms could be cleaned better.
