Amenities & Pools

The hotel offers 5 outdoor swimming pools, including a dedicated children's aqua fun center with water slides. An adults-only pool provides a separate quiet space for relaxation away from family areas. mediocre food musty odor
The pools were okay. They were pretty standard.
The service was pretty bad at the restaurants. it took forever to get anyone's attention, and when i did, they acted like i was bothering them, then the food was mediocre at best. Overcooked and bland, and my room had a lingering musty odor. I told the front desk, but nothing changed.

excellent water spa team
the room was spacious with an excellent water supply. the spa team was excellent i especially liked the massages and facial treatments.
the beach bar was closed so i had to walk back to the hotel to get drinks.

acceptable stay

friendly staff good views noisy door limited wifi
the staff were friendly and courteous, always ready to help. the hotel has ample space and good views. i appreciate the availability of a breakfast box when i had to leave early.
The room doors slammed loudly and echoed in the hallway. the wifi connection often dropped. That was frustrating. the pool and most facilities closed early at 6 pm.

Decent stay, but some issues noticed

The staff at reception were not particularly friendly. I also did not find the mud soap gift in the room as promised. Apparently, they ran out of it. a new hotel being built next door created much noise, and it was dusty.

relaxing stay with dead sea access

shaded spots deck chairs convenient showers friendly staff
the walk to the dead sea was easy , and i appreciated the shaded spots and deck chairs available. showers and mud stands were conveniently located. the happy hour with half-price drinks at the bar was a nice bonus. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
i noticed the absence of certain amenities, like body lotion, in the room.
