The food options were acceptable.
The drinks were a real letdown. Cocktails tasted awful, mixed with cheap spirits and flat lemonade in flimsy plastic glasses. Asking the bar staff for a cocktail seemed to irritate them, as they clearly could not be bothered.

The private beach adjoins the complex. The gardens appear fine and well maintained. The buffet selections tasted varied and tasty. The pools provide options for relaxation or aqua park adventures.
The drink selection could be more varied.

the hotel had a nice application to track daily activities. it allowed users to order services easily. the application also provided a map of the hotel (very useful for a hotel this size). good service was provided by most of the staff.
i arrived at the hotel quite late and missed the evening buffet. i was directed to the dining pub, but all items on the menu required payment. this was despite having an all inclusive package. the food i received was a dry baguette with a piece of beef, which seemed leftover from the evening buffet (i wasn't even asked what i wanted).
