Aqua Park & Pools

The resort's Aqua Park offers 11 water slides designed for both kids and adults. Guests have access to 6 outdoor swimming pools, including 2 pools for children and 1 heated pool open during winter. Pool 5 and Pool 6 include water slides and a pool bar, with sun loungers and umbrellas provided at all pool areas.

Dining

Seven restaurants serve international cuisines: Floret and Ivory as main buffets, plus three a la carte options - Italian, Fish, and Oriental. Two snack bars, Pasta and Pizza and Sunrise (serving burgers and hot dogs), provide casual dining throughout the day. The Oriental restaurant receives consistent praise from guests for its North African cuisine and attentive staff.

Beauty services cover hair treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing, while spa packages are available for couples. Some rooms offer panoramic views of the Red Sea, while suites feature private balconies with sea views. Family rooms with interconnecting doors are available, and daily housekeeping provides towel art and replenished bottled water.

Located in Nabq Bay, the resort has its own private sandy beach with direct access from beachfront rooms. A diving center arranges water sports and safari boat cruises, and snorkelling reveals fish visible in the clear water. The food options were acceptable.

The drinks were a real letdown. Cocktails tasted awful, mixed with cheap spirits and flat lemonade in flimsy plastic glasses. Asking the bar staff for a cocktail seemed to irritate them, as they clearly could not be bothered.

private beach maintained garden tasty buffet

The private beach adjoins the complex. The gardens appear fine and well maintained. The buffet selections tasted varied and tasty. The pools provide options for relaxation or aqua park adventures.

The drink selection could be more varied.

a fair stay

daily activities activities tracking hotel map good service evening buffet all inclusive package poor communication

the hotel had a nice application to track daily activities. it allowed users to order services easily. the application also provided a map of the hotel (very useful for a hotel this size). good service was provided by most of the staff.

i arrived at the hotel quite late and missed the evening buffet. i was directed to the dining pub, but all items on the menu required payment. this was despite having an all inclusive package. the food i received was a dry baguette with a piece of beef, which seemed leftover from the evening buffet (i wasn't even asked what i wanted).
