The room had daily cleaning services and the entire hotel maintained really good cleanliness. The food choices were diverse and of good quality. I found some shops inside the resort, convenient. The resort felt safe, even when walking alone to the beach.

My room smelled from the drains at certain times of the day. The front desk didn't provide a helpful response to the smell issue. I experienced slow speeds and frequent drops with the WIFI connection.

I enjoyed the variety of food choices. There was something for everyone. the staff showed great attentiveness. They were always on hand to help. the rooms were clean and well-kept, and the facilities were excellent. the wednesday street festival provided unique entertainment.

during check-in, an unexpected request was made for my daughter's birth certificate, which i found quite unnecessary and it made the arrival experience less cute.

the staff provided readily available drinks both around the pool and in the hotel itself. the pool was heated and quite pleasant. the evening entertainment provided a good conclusion to each day. the resort was kept very clean, i noted.

The wifi was not reliable and dropped out frequently. It was also rather slow.
