varied meals attentive staff amazing team
The food had much variety. I could find something new each meal. THE staff was attentive. Mahmood and Mohammad instantly responded to requests. The animation team displayed great energy. Albina, Sonya, Marina, Diana, Vera, and Lera were so fun.
I noticed THERE were no women working in the hotel, only in the animation team.

missing ring searching management
the staff was friendly i was looked after well in the main restaurant the asian restaurant had great views over the red sea
for 5 days i had an enjoyable holiday day 6 changed it my wife went for a massage in the hotel spa before she bought jewellery from the jewellers in the hotel on the way when the massage was finished they discovered a ring they had bought was missing the management searched our room after this they believed we had hidden it

attentive staff yummy themed section dull corridors fading varnish
The restaurant staff were always very attentive. They were really good too help us grab a school lunch, so I could get my kids to school. The special themed section every night was also very yummy. It was a lovely, relaxing stay. Snorkeling off the jetty was a highlight.
The hotel felt very dated to me. Corridors appear dull with poorly lit. Brown wall panels showed fading varnish, with some panels being damaged. The overall atmosphere felt tired and neglected, I don't feel it premium.

gritty floor obstructed sea view
the food was okay, i guess? the variety at the buffet was acceptable.
The room was supposedly 'cleaned' daily, but i found hairs in the bathroom, and the floor felt gritty under my bare feet. the advertised 'sea view' from my 'beautiful room sea view' was mostly obstructed by palm trees. It was more of a 'partial palm tree view with a sliver of sea'. also, the noise from the nearby bar kept me awake past midnight every night, despite me requesting a quiet room. Nobody seemed to care, or do anything about it.

Mixed Feelings. Not Quite 5-Star
unsafe floor communal shower
I found the spa experience disappointing. It was marketed as a honeymoon package but it felt unhygienic. Walking dripping to a communal shower was unsafe. The floor was slippery. I seemed like I was covered in kitchen ingredients. I did not find any benefits, and I won't be returning.
