I had some problems . There were no lifts to the restaurants. Staff did not help me with my child in HIS buggy when THE escalator broke. I find this disrespectful.

i appreciated the helpful staff, especially when i needed something. the hotel has many pools with easy access points. breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety like pancakes and fresh juices. the aqua park was super, and i enjoyed the aqua gym sessions.
the room decor seemed a bit dated.

haney cleaned our room daily he did a good job. room 1311 was always in order. i appreciated the service he provided. the pools are well maintained.
the food was average it catered to many cultures. the restaurant staff seemed under pressure there were many guests. the spa staff constantly tried to sell trips this was annoying.

the staff was very friendly. they were always available to help and did so quickly.
I found several issues. the food quality was bad. It lacked flavor. additionally, the drinks were warm. I felt they should have been colder given the climate.
