loud music high base

the staff were very helpful and cute, i must say.

The music was far too loud. the bass reverberated through the building. It was hard to rest. i needed a calm and tranquil place, though this was disappointing.

my stay was excellent the room was clean and spacious it provided a relaxing environment after exploring the area the staff was friendly and helpful assisting me with directions and local recommendations the breakfast buffet had varied delicious choices

the music volume was excessive at times i found the intense bass vibrations to be distracting i needed a room change away from the stage the music was a mix of genres that didn't appeal to me

the food at the restaurants was thoughtfully prepared. the hotel had an adults-only policy, a peaceful retreat.

the gym lacked rubber mats. the sun sets quite early behind the building so the pool area is in shade after lunch.

super clean stay!

amazing cleanliness kind staff thoughtful manager

i noticed excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel. the staff was kind and always ready to help. the manager even arranged for dinner to be waiting in our room after a late return from cairo, which i found super thoughtful. i felt they wanted us to have the best time.

The music levels were often too high. The bass really reverberated through the building. as i wanted to rest, this was a bit hard for me, and the layout didn't help. it was difficult to completely escape the loud animation team unless i was in the lobby. That was not very convenient.

My beautiful sea view room included sufficient storage space. I found this useful. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and a fridge was replenished with water, soft drinks, and beer daily, which i found very convenient.

the hotel features a lovely, heated pool located very close to ground-floor rooms. sunbeds are available, though some guests reserve them early by tipping the lifeguards. i found that a bit frustrating since this can happen as early as 6:30am.

the resort offered many large pools, including one indoor. i really liked the private beach with turquoise water and comfortable sunbeds. our beautiful pool view room had spacious balcony.

poor alcohol bad food

the food was not up to standard. it definitely was not 5 star quality. i struggled to find something to eat most days and we ate out a lot. the alcohol was also poor, especially the gin, it tasted different in every bar. it sometimes tasted quite chemical. this was disappointing because the staff were fantastic.
