I had a wonderful vacation! The variety of food was excellent I had many choices at the restaurants. The pools are amazing with many options available I appreciated that a large aqua park was nearby.
The floors around the pool were a bit slippery you have to be careful when walking.

Wonderful Stay With Excellent Service!
clean room excellent service amazing sweets
The hotel rooms were big and very clean. The room was cleaned daily! Pool areas were also very clean. Attendants continually offered drinks around the pool. I liked that the hotel allows guests to use all four hotels on the complex, especially the bakery! Cakes and sweets are amazing. Fresh coffee is available too, everywhere else has a machine.
The restaurant food was tasty, and there was plenty to choose from, but I thought it got a little boring. I'm glad we only had seven nights. A bit more variety would have been nice.

The room included a large, comfortable bed. It also had a mini-fridge stocked daily with bottled water. The air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room cool. What a blessing! The terrace offered seating with great views.

the hotel provides a large gym . it seems well maintained.
i was disappointed. the rooms are adequate, but they look tired. the food is adequate too, but despite the restaurants available, the food is bland and uninspired.. the hotel environment is nice, but the marble flooring around the pools is slippery. i witnessed people slip on the wet flooring.

The hotel features many refreshing pools, and the aquapark is good for both kids and adults. I found the staff to be super friendly. The reception staff were very helpful. The service and facilities were excellent, and i felt it was totally worth the money. I was very happy.
