Fantastic stay near the Dead Sea
western food private beach fun entertainment multiple pools
I found the breakfast to have many western food choices. Staff provided water shoes for the private beach. I found nightly entertainment to be fun. The belly dancer was wonderful. The hotel has multiple pools, offering many relaxation options.
i noticed some noise from the corridors during the night.

The hotel offers private access to the Dead Sea. It takes only a short walk to get there. This convenient access is especially good. There is also no need to arrange transportation.

The staff was attentive. I found the service was good throughout my stay. The hotel arranged a top-floor upgrade. This upgrade offered a amazing view of the Dead Sea.

Inconsistent service. Some issues
dirty bathroom rude security
The breakfast buffet was ok. There was a good selection.
The ac in my room didn't work properly. It just kept running and didn't turn off when it reached the set temperature. the bathroom wasn't clean. I saw urine stains around the toilet. also, security at the entrance was rude and confiscated an unopened bottle of alcohol from my bag.

arrogant receptionist bad service
The oak tree restaurant really disappointed me. the service was quite bad, and the receptionist acted arrogantly. It ruined the whole dinner. she was unhelpful, and i can't believe it after such a good impression of jordanian hospitality. this bad service really ruined the end of my holiday.

unprofessional staff cash payment
The breakfast spread met expectations. It was vast and delicious.
the staff at the gate was unprofessional and kept insisting i pay by card only. he refused to let me go to the hotel reception, even though i chose to pay cash when i booked. i felt VERY pissed off during my entire stay because of him.

room upgrade mud treatments
I got a room upgrade to a superior room 1 king, a nice surprise. the hotel offered complimentary mud treatments near the beach. This was a highlight of my stay.
the gym had limited hours, inconvenient as i prefer early morning workouts.

a decent stay overall

the hotel has several restrooms around the hotel. i found that breakfast offered a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. it was one of the best i have ever had.
The dead sea area had many workers. this made my wife uncomfortable. it was unacceptable. ', the room was not available until late. it was not acceptable, since others received their rooms earlier.
