Acceptable Stay with a Few Disappointments

The room was a good size , and it seemed soundproofed enough.

The room temperature was hard to regulate. It seemed stuck. The TV also had issues. The screen went black intermittently , and despite reporting it , it was not fixed. The breakfast sausages were also quite dry.

the staff were friendly and polite , acceptable.

I found the food and drink prices to be outrageous. Over seventeen pounds for penne pasta without meat or seafood seemed excessive. service was also a shambles. I queued at the bar for ten minutes, only to find several draft beers unavailable. the rooms are tired and need refurbishment. This discrepancy between price and quality was quite disappointing.

The room was spacious. It featured a modern bathroom. The views of the golf course were fine. Mari from housekeeping provided really good service. She ensured the room was immaculate.

The restaurants were fully booked. Only bar food was available. The chlorine level in the pool was high. It caused eye irritation. The rooms were cold.
