inconsistent stay, some issues.
dirty bathroom broken treadmill
the staff i spoke to were pretty nice and helpful, that was acceptable.
My room wasn't that clean. i found hairs in the bathroom. the shower grout had black mold. i also tried to use the gym, the treadmill was broken. I told the reception and they didn't even acknowledge this issue. i expect better attention to detail.

spacious room drink selection fresh look busy pool room refresh fixed amenities
i enjoyed the spaciousness of my classic double room. the bar served a good selection of drinks until 10pm. recently, the rooms have been painted, so it looks fresh (i liked that!).
the pool area felt quite busy. also, the length of time it took to get the room refreshed was noticeable. the amenities were fixed to the wall in the shower, it was difficult to use them in the bath.

Excellent stay!
friendly staff nice breakfast evening hours
The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was easy to navigate! The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice and I wasn't rushed to finish. The room upgrade placed me near the reception, avoiding a long walk. I also enjoyed the evening adults-only pool hours.

The hotel grounds featured well kept flower and garden arrangements creating a visually appealing and peaceful setting to enjoy. Parking spaces were abundant and conveniently located near the entrance.

The reception team provided a warm welcome, and the staff ensured I knew the location of the facilities. Cody was particularly helpful, taking time to discuss the hotel and surrounding areas, he provided excellent service.

Breakfast offered a wide selection with regularly replenished options. Hot food arrived promptly. I was very pleased to discover they catered well for my gluten free needs with options available.

Excellent Getaway Experience
helpful service amazing meal maintained course great condition
I appreciated the service from Cody. He was helpful with my phone charger issue and retrieved one from reception. The room service meals I ordered were also amazing. The golf course was well maintained. It was in great condition for the time of year.
I noticed the walk in shower floor wasn't cleaned .
