the balcony was perfect, it added an extra touch to my room. breakfast was excellent, and i loved the quality, i thought the breakfast organization ran very effectively.
the lifts weren't working which was a little inconvenient.

my boyfriend and myself found it a relaxing stay. staff were lovely. our room was a large size and very clean. it shows the cleaners care about there job. spa treatments were really good.
the room look a bit old. there was some mould on the bathroom ceiling. bedroom balcony didn't look that great.

the grounds looked very well maintained.
The check-in felt awkward. i was greeted by a person at a tiny desk. It was in a dark corner of the foyer. the corridor to the room had dirty room service trays with glasses from the night before, and it was 4 pm!!!
