the valet service was fast and efficient. younes was particularly helpful with our luggage needs.. i appreciated the prompt assistance. i found the sea view club room to be clean and spacious.

the location of the club bar made accessing the included drinks slightly inconvenient.

the hotel room was very spacious the housekeeping was excellent i appreciated the uk plug points the beds were large and comfy we also enjoyed the heated main pool the staff kept it clean i had a fantastic stay i would happily return for great service excellent dining options plenty of activities for the whole family

multiple pools beach bars super clean room

the hotel has multiple pools and some great beach bars. the location is easy to get to other places. the housekeeping staff always left the room super clean, and i could request when cleaning was done.

I waited an unreasonably long time for my coffee at breakfast. The delay was quite frustrating.

the check-in process was slow it took a long time to get to my room my friend had booked a king bed but instead got a queen bed this meant his expectations were not met i was disappointed

the location proved perfect, especially for families. staff service was prompt at the pool areas. breakfast provided great choices and many options.

The all inclusive package felt limited. It did not meet the range offered in other hotels.
