excellent breakfast spacious room great location poor value unskilled staff torn bathrobe

the location was excellent as it was on jumeirah beach. a free daily pass to the atlantis aquaventure was given . the breakfast was excellent. the arabian court room was clean, spacious and beautifully appointed.

i found it to be poor value for money. the cute was nothing special and the attitude from the reception seemed like a 3-star hotel. the staff were not 5 stars and it fell behind my expectations compared to other resorts.

beautiful gardens long beach personal service friendly staff

the gardens are large and beautiful. the beach is long and very well kept. i really enjoyed the warm and personal service. staff remembered me and greeted me by name. i found this very special.

the hotel felt a little outdated.
