stained mattresses noisy air conditioning

the sun bed mattresses appear quite old and stained. finding available towels in the afternoon proved difficult. the air conditioning unit emitted excessive noise. it disrupted sleep due to its loud operation. i found these things unacceptable.

the location directly on the beach was acceptable.

my room had issues with humidity, perhaps due to dirty air conditioning filters (i should have checked). the bedding felt damp, and it affected everything i left in the room.

The hotel faces the ocean directly, it provides immediate access to the beach. Breakfast included many choices, with both local and international options available. The staff were very helpful. Daily housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness in the room.

excellent care hard work room cleanliness bed policy limited space

i found the room very clean . samon and tharanga took great care of the room (i really appreciated that). everything was refreshed daily. their hard work stood out.

upon arrival, i inquired about an additional bed we paid for. they said there was not enough space in the room. they mentioned a policy to only provide two beds (this was frustrating).

the welcome included drums and a refreshing drink. check-in was quick, and my room overlooked the pool with an outside seating area. the room provided ample space with a large bed and good storage. the shower room featured a large shower.

i noticed the absence of sri lankan dishes at the dinner buffet. i hoped for a broader representation of local cuisine. the options seemed somewhat limited in this regard
