i appreciated the meticulous service provided by the staff! they remembered our names and preferences from the first day, showing great attention to detail. the restaurants provided diverse options, and chef piyush even created unique dishes based on our preferences. the lady who maintained our room created good towel animals daily, a very nice touch!

i found that the security checks at the beach entrance were a bit repetitive. each time i went to the beach, i was asked for my room number and again upon return. providing wristbands could streamline this process.
