Fantastic Stay and Great Hospitality

The main pool is quite large, maintaining a very comfortable temperature. I enjoyed the breakfast selection. It had something for every taste, and it was nice to sit outside. The hotel staff was very attentive. Special mention to the team at Café Bem, they were very supported and humble providing for our needs.
The room became quite humid when the air conditioning was turned off. The moisture was so intense that the mirrors fogged. I found this a little inconvenient as it affected the room's overall comfort.

The reception staff was attentive. They arranged a complimentary room upgrade and late check-out. The gym supervisor offered helpful assistance. He gave guidance on exercises. The team members consistently offered courteous greetings.

The room included two balconies. They offered ocean views and sunset views. Housekeeping maintained the room's cleanliness. The beds are very large and convenient. They allow us to get plenty of rest.
