The location offers easy access to both beaches. The superior room included good furnishings and a spacious balcony. The breakfast had a choice for all tastes.. I enjoyed this.

spacious room attentive manager dedicated service
I stayed in a superior double room sea view. the room was spacious and well maintained. mr nadun, the front office manager, was very attentive. the staff were excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. They ensured every detail was perfect.
the company does not seem to recognize the value of the location. the front office is fully hidden and not easily accessible.

the hotel has two adjacent beaches. one beach allows swimming with turtles. hiriketiya beach, a surf beach, is a bit further away. the area offers great views and pleasant walks to explore .

Decent stay with some areas for improvement

The family room we stayed in had a lovely sea view. The staff were helpful (especially at the reception). The view from the bar deck was superb. Reception staff provided all the hotel details on arrival.
The pool is too small compared to the number of guests staying at the hotel. The guy frying eggs in the breakfast room seemed to have some issues. Sheets and towels were washed, but still soiled (not the most appealing).
