the hotel rooms had fine views of distant mountains. the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit sliced on demand. i found the hotel perfect around christmas.

i found the restaurant area a bit dated.

the room had a super comfortable bed and a massive bathroom with a walk-in shower it was the beautiful room sunrise walk i appreciated the resort's emphasis on sustainability the bathroom amenities were in recycled packaging and seemed local the hotel tried heavily to avoid plastic use where possible i loved waking up each morning and sitting on the balcony i took in natural sounds of birds and tea pickers beginning their day it was amazing

the road leading to the resort felt a little unpaved

traditional dishes biggest bed air conditioning horrendous club

the food was very nice. the menu included a mix of traditional sri lankan dishes and international options, i found that fantastic! our room had the wow factor, it had the biggest bed i've ever seen.

There was no air conditioning, just a fan. it gets hot here. I was grossly uncomfortable the entire stay. the rooms are noisy. there is a horrendous club nearby. I could hear the music all day and night.

I stayed in one of the luxurious chalets. It had modern amenities and rustic charm. the room was spacious with panoramic views of valleys and tea estates. the on-site restaurant served delectable sri lankan dishes using fresh ingredients. Each meal was a culinary journey.

the staff hovered over me at breakfast and grabbed my plate as i was eating.

the views were ACCEPTABLE from the room.

The beautiful rooms WERE outdated and there was a bad smell. the hotel is overpriced considering the low quality of service. the pool lacked proper service, the beds had no mattresses, and the water was unheated. It was too cold for use.
